Kelly Mills | Finance and Operations Manager of The Reservoir Group
Kelly Mills is the Finance and Operations Manager of The Reservoir Group at The Lab School of Washington. After a tenured career in retail management, she transitioned into the field of education and joined the Lab community in 2014 as the administrative assistant of the Speech, Language, and Literacy department.
In 2022, Kelly shifted roles to the Finance and Operations Manager, overseeing all financial and operational aspects of TRG. Highly organized and detail-oriented, Kelly ensures seamless systems and efficient processes that support both staff and families clinically and financially. In collaboration with the Clinical Directors of TRG, Kelly aims to enhance and advance TRG’s ability to deliver vital and important clinical services to the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area.
She attended Hunter College, CUNY in New York, New York and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations summa cum laude from Trinity Washington University in Washington, D.C.
