Shannon Joseph, MSW, LGSW | Licensed Graduate Social Worker
Shannon Joseph is a licensed social worker and mental health therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families in clinical and school-based settings. Prior to her current role, she was a School Social Worker and DEIB Coordinator at The Lab School of Washington. With an MSW from Smith College School for Social Work and a BSW from North Carolina Central University, Shannon has cultivated a career rooted in advocacy, culturally responsive care, and trauma-informed practices. Her work centers on creating safe, empowering spaces for healing, growth, and connection—especially for underserved and neurodiverse communities.
