Dr. Victoria Erat, PhD | Licensed Psychologist

Dr. Erat attended Emory University for her undergraduate studies in psychology and obtained her Ph.D. in clinical psychology at The George Washington University. Prior to coming to The Lab School of Washington, Dr. Erat worked in numerous clinical, school and community based settings including Children's National Medical Center and The George Washington University Hospital.



Dr. Erat has been employed at The Lab School of Washington for over twenty five years and specializes in working with adolescents in individual and group psychotherapy. A large part of her practice includes children and adolescents with attentional issues, learning differences, anxiety and mood disorders. Particular areas of interest include cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness. Dr. Erat works hard to find the best form of treatment necessary and to do so in a kind and collaborative way. Dr. Erat also performs psychoeducational evaluations and screenings for ADHD with children of all ages as well as adults.
